Staying at our estate also means tasting the good products of those who bring our region to life on a daily basis. Committed to the values of authenticity , quality and short supply chains , we have chosen to work hand in hand with local producers and artisans who are passionate about their craft.

Thanks to these partners, we can offer you an experience rooted in the land, where each product (cheese, beer, wine, rillette & terrine, cookie, honey…) tells its own story.

Elo’s biquettes cheeses

A few kilometers from the Domaine is the Montepin goat farm in the commune of Bâgé-le-Chatel. Elodie , a goat breeder, perpetuates traditional know-how. Her goats are carefully raised with respect for the environment and animal welfare.

Fresh, ripened, ashed or flavored cheeses and faisselles: these authentic products will delight fans of simple, genuine products, which you can discover in our “terroir” tasting or meal baskets.

Rillettes from Truite qui Fume

Consuming local is much more than a trend: it’s a committed choice that promotes know-how , supports the local economy and guarantees authentic products. Among these local treasures, fish rillettes from La Truite qui fume in Saint-Bénigne, Bresse, occupy a special place, combining good sense and good taste : made from carefully selected pieces of real trout, locally caught and smoked using complex know-how. Our original recipes are prepared using a method that prioritizes the quality of ingredients, without binders or preservatives.

Easy to enjoy, try our smoked trout rillettes on site during your stay at Domaine des Feuilles. We recommend them as an aperitif, served on fresh bread from the terrace of your cabin, accompanied by a glass of good Domaine wine.

Its products perfectly embody the spirit of ” locally good “, one of the values that Thibault , the manager of La Truite qui Fume, wants to pass on. In this short interview, he and his colleague Mathilde tell us all about their products and the secrets of this lovely company.
