RECEPTIONNIST
MULTI-SKILLED RECEPTIONIST (M/F)
Permanent contract (CDI) or Seasonal contract (CDD)
At the reception, you are the first person guests meet upon their arrival at the Domaine. You will be their main point of contact throughout their stay — and even after they leave. Your smile, professionalism, energy, and sense of service will be your best assets to ensure guests enjoy an unforgettable experience and are eager to return.
As an ambassador of our establishment, you take pride in representing our Domaine and its values, offering each guest an exceptional and welcoming experience.

Key responsabilities:
- Welcome guests in person and by phone, both French and international.
- Provide information about the Domaine, its activities, and the surrounding area.
- Manage the reservation schedule.
- Perform administrative tasks (quotes, reservations, mail handling, documentation, etc.) and accounting tasks (payment follow-ups, cash handling, etc.) for client files.
- Manage inventory and the boutique space.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs, opening and closing the reception, and cash control.
- Manage additional sales (spa appointments and activity bookings, meal baskets, boutique product sales, gift vouchers, etc.).
- Take orders for breakfasts and meal baskets.
Candidate Profile / Requirements:
- Versatile, proactive, and team-oriented, dynamic, organized, autonomous, and always smiling.
- Ability to handle stress and manage customer conflicts effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and commercial skills.
- Professional appearance, clear communication, and good writing skills.
- Good knowledge of computer tools; experience with Unicamp/Eseason software is a plus.
- English required.
- Previous experience in tourism, retail, or events is a plus.
- Driver’s license (B) and access to a vehicle required, as the Domaine is not served by public transport.
Desired Education or Experience
- Minimum Bac+2 (equivalent to 2 years of higher education) in tourism, commerce, or marketing is preferred, or significant experience in these fields.
- Benefit: On-site accommodation may be available depending on availability.
Work periods
- Full-time from mid-March to November.
- Full-time from mid-June to mid-September.
- Work includes weekends, public holidays, and school vacation periods.
- 1.5 to 2 days off per week + overtime paid.
Salary based on profile and experience.
MULTI-SKILLED HOSPITALITY STAFF
MULTI-SKILLED HOSPITALITY STAFF (M/F)
Permanent contract (CDI) or Seasonal contract (CDD)
Position available: Full-time (35 hours/week) or weekend and school holiday support starting summer 2024.
You will be responsible for preparing and delivering breakfast baskets and/or evening meals, dishwashing, and cleaning and maintaining the lodges and sanitary facilities. If you are dynamic, enjoy versatility, and like working outdoors, this role is for you.
You will report to the Head Housekeeper and their assistant.
Friendly and approachable, you will work as part of a team and have direct contact with guests.

Key responsabilities:
- Cleaning and maintenance of lodges, sanitary facilities, and the spa
- Preparation and delivery of breakfast baskets and meal baskets
- Dishwashing and kitchen maintenance
- Laundry
- Preparation and maintenance of equipment for housekeeping rounds
- Providing tourist information about the Domaine and its activities
Candidate Profile / Requirements:
- Good physical condition
- Comfortable working around water
- Enjoys outdoor work (varied weather conditions, insects, and animals)
- Strong hygiene standards
- Dynamic, autonomous, and organized
- Friendly and approachable, with strong team spirit and guest relations skills
- Driver’s license preferred
Desired Education or Experience
Beginners welcome – experience in catering or hygiene is a plus
Benefit:
On-site accommodation may be available depending on availability (private room and shared common areas)

- Full-time: mid-March to November
- Full-time: July to August
Minimum wage (SMIC) + possibility of paid overtime at a higher rate
